Spray the chair with BITTER APPLE. Or practise with her, sit her down infront of the chair, if she goes to bite on it say "Brrrr! No bite chair!" and then give her a favourite toy. Praise her if she takes it. If she goes to bite the chair try again. If she continues to play with her toy praise her and even treat her. She will soon figure out "hey, if I bite the chair my pack leader growls, but if I chew this I get more treats!"
Hope this helps
