| HELP!! My 1 1/2 year old Lahsapoo was always such a good dog in every way. He started out a bit fearful of people who came to our home so we had visitors give him a treat from his treat jar until he warmed up to them. But then he began to growl - mostly at men. It slowly progressed to his growling at anyone that comes near our home. Now for the last three months he has been growling and barking at everyone. He litterally attacks the back door when a person or other animal is there. He's even viciously attacked the door when my mother-in-law closed it behind her to leave. His biting is getting worse. He bit my girlfriend last week and today he broke the skin of my sons little friend. He just runs up to people and bites them, then runs away.(Coward) I scolded him and confined him to the bathroom for 15 minutes because I didn't know what else to do. We need to hold him so that he isn't able to run up to people but sometimes, like today, he gets away and bites anyway! I love him but can't have him biting everyone that comes to our home. How can I get him to stop before something really bad happens. |

Call a trainer NOW. Do not pass go, do not collect $200...call someone who is a certified dog trainer to come out to your house and talk though this. You need to learn how to manage & train this dog so that nobody else gets bitten. Sorry, no quick answers here
