| I have an 9 week old female sheperd, I also have a 3 yr old Neutered Male Beagle. The puppy is consantly biting and hurting my beagle. The beagle and held her down on the ground to stop her and I have tired holding her down until she calms down and we tell her no bite, she will stop for a few seconds and go right back at our beagle, biting his leg, ears and face until the point where my beag,le screams. They do play with toys together and that seems to go well for a little while. Can anyone please give me some direction on how to break her of this habit before she gets bigger. Thank you |

Keep her on leash. When the beagle says back off, redirect her away from the other dog. If she is too wild, put her in her crate for a period of time with a stuffed kong or something to keep her busy. Also, its a great time to find a puppy kindergarten
