| I have six month old cocker spaniel puppies (and a 13 year old cocker as well). I've never had more than one dog, and especially not two puppies. They are having typical chewing issues, but the main problem is scratching at doors. We just built a brand-new house, and I am about to strangle them because we have scratch marks everywhere. If someone goes through a door and they can't follow, they scratch. If I put them in their HUGE fenced backyard, they scratch at the back door to get back in. They are kenneled during the day off and on, never for more than 5-6 hours at a time. It's like they have seperation anxiety or something. I am about to lose my mind, I can't even go to the bathroom by myself! Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
