| My husband and I rescued a 9 month old GSD a few weeks ago. We already are owned by a Labrador. They get along wonderfully and play great together. Here is the problem, I love to socialize my dogs and on a couple recent trips to the dog parks she(GSD) has showed aggressions towards small (like under 35lbs)...She will try and pin them to the ground and hold them as though she doesn't want them to move. I am seeing this from the hearding side of the GSD and I am clueless as to how to deal with this issue. She is wonderful with other dogs but if they show aggression towards her she will hold her own, once the other dog accepts her all is forgiven and she plays like they have been friends forever Any advice? |
