Gina was wonderful in helping our family learn to commincate with our newly retrained Austrailian Terrier. Rugby was aggressive and bored. He was difficlut to manage in and out of the house. Gina had Rugby for board and train and then followed up with private lessons to train us. Rugby is a different dog. He has manners and a bag full of amusing tricks to use to distract him in tense situations. I get many comments on his attitude and abilities when he is in public with our family. I highly recommend Gina and One Good Dog! I also highly recommend sending your dog back for a second board and train. At Rugby's second board and train he learned his left and right, jumping on command and bowing. Having a dog who knows a few "extra and unexpected" behaviors has been really fun for all of us. Rugby loves the positive attention he gets and it is a great distraction when there are other aggresive or loose dogs in the vincinity. Before Gina and One Good Dog!, Rugby would have tried to start a fight and he had even bitten us out of frustration. Investing in Rugby's behavior provided us a way to keep him as a loved member of our family. Sincerely, Kristie Mahan khavefun@aol.com

One Good Dog! training is the best!!!!! Not only has our dog learned a lot and is much better behaved, but the people in the house have learned a lot too! We participated in the in home option of training which made it very comfortable for our dog and children. In fact we have been so impressed with the training that when we take a long family vacation next year we will be using the Camp Good Dog! program. By using this program we can go and enjoy ourselves without worrying how our pet is doing back home. We know he will be in the best of hands. If you are looking for training or boarding I would highly recommend One Good Dog! with Gina Johnson. You will not be disappointed. klgreen19@comcast.net

I have an 11 month old boxer that I love - and I want other people to love her too, so I want her to be well trained. I just didn't know how to do it.
After having used another trainer for my boxer's "puppy kindergarden" I still felt less than capable when it came to raising a well behaved dog. So I looked into other trainers and contacted Gina.
Gina's classes are organized and fun.
She has given me the tools (and tricks : ) I need to teach my dog simple things like sit and wait as well as more complicated behaviors like off leash training. Gina has really been teaching me to be the responsible dog owner I want to be, which allows me to enjoy my dog more.
I have continued to take Gina's classes because I trust her to take me and my dog to the next level each class. My dog and I look forward to the class each week and go away with great new insights and well organized "homework" that Gina prints out for each of her students.
I tell anyone who has a dog about Gina and can't recommend her highly enough.

We left our 6 month old yellow lab, "Faith" with Gina for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. I had been trying to teach Faith to walk on a leash without pulling for months, without much luck. When we returned, we found Faith had not only learned to walk beautifully on the leash, but she'd also learned how to "mind her manners" in many other ways. She's still a puppy and needs continuous practice, but she's doing very well - due in large part, to her time spent with Gina. karenwi@johnlscott.com

Gina Johnson took our dog roxy home and trained her. Gina is competent and she is extremely patient with both dog and parents. I would highly recommend her and have many times. Very professional and an upbeat attitude makes her a top pick among dog trainers. Thankyou Gina for a great experience and ONE GOOD DOG we have now. spingirl323@mac.com

Gina has trained several of the dogs that attend our Dog Day Care with great results. She has also visited our facility to assist us in effectively managing our day care pack. We are impressed with Gina's positive training methods and her wonderful people skills. One Good Dog! is great resource to have in our community and I refer clients to her on a regular basis.
